Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable).
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene items that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at venoracollection123@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and return instructions before sending the item back.
  3. Securely package the item and ship it using the instructions provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may cover the return shipping cost where applicable.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us using the details below.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still request a return after delivery if your order qualifies under this policy.
